Replace the date with the edition year

Error²Federal courts, Illinois courts21st and 22nd editions

C.F.R. parentheticals carry the edition year alone, as in “47 C.F.R. § 73.609 (2024)”, not “(Jan. 1, 2024)”; a full date is the Federal Register's form, since it publishes daily.¹
