Abbreviate the agency periodical's name

Warning²Federal courts, Illinois courts21st and 22nd editions

An agency periodical is cited with the abbreviated agency name first, then the periodical's name as T6 and T13 abbreviate it — “4 NLRB Ann. Rep. 93 (1939)”, not “4 NLRB Annual Report 93 (1939)”.¹

Right: 4 NLRB Ann. Rep. 93 (1939)
