Citation rules/Tribal materials/22.1 Tribal Nations with an Established Citation Format

Use “Const.” in the bracket

Warning2Federal courts, Illinois courts22nd edition only

The parallel citation in square brackets behind a Tribal Nation’s own format is an ordinary Tribal citation, so it shortens the constitution to “Const.” and keeps the Nation’s name in full.1
